Many clients visit me in the office, and others attend their consultations over Zoom.
I live in a beautiful coastal community with my husband and two children. We have a border terrier and a little kitchen garden. I love running and cold immersions! I am also eager to learn to kayak.
I have always felt that this existence is magical. I resonate with the idea that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. I like to journal, and I meditate daily...my journey, much like yours, is messy and full of diverse challenges - but that is somehow perfectly wonderful and wonderous.

What to expect?
As a Bauman College graduate, I specialize in holistic whole-food nutrition, and I am committed to unearthing why you are not thriving.
We will correct the patterns that yield unwanted results through proper meal planning and coaching. Let us start with a diet analysis; what are you already doing right? Next, we move on to cleaning up the diet, snacking on wholesome treats, or omitting them altogether - it all depends on your starting point and your diet direction - let's also evaluate optimal hydration and daily movement.
I will supply meal plans and recipes and guide you through proper supplementation - however, it is essential that we uncover the cause of your fading health. Things to consider: food allergies, food addictions, GI health, stress, metabolism and nutritional deficiencies. We will also look at sleep habits, breathing, and physical activity.
All of these components are key!
Conscious eating, moving, and breathing is the goal.
