Plant-based! Not vegan.

Sometimes I think I am better at writing than speaking. But it doesn't matter, does it? I mean I am transparent with you for a reason- I want you to get to know me; so you can decide whether or not we are a good match or not. No one is going to collaborate with a nutrition and lifestyle coach that they don't jive with, am I right?

I have something worth sharing. A passion for humanity and the planet! So my LIVE feeds on Facebook and my blog post with The Friendly Plate are just that. Opportunities to share my thoughts around lifestyle and holistic plant-based eating. Not vegan? That's OK! I said plant-based and that means that we emphasize eating as many fruits and vegetables as we can in order to ingest and digest all the vitamins & minerals we need to live our greatest life. You choose where you get your proteins from. My advice? Remember variety! Which is just as important as with fruits and vegetables. Having broccoli every night is silly - jazz it up a bit! ...and aim high! Eat eight servings of fruits and veg a day! (Just one Nutrition Consultants opinion) When you choose food that is locally sourced, organically grown, free-range, wild and so forth, you are investing in your health. This investment means that you will have a greater chance of spending less money on hospital bills in the future. Don't believe me?
